Due to the hand-dyed/hand-embroidered/hand-woven nature of all the textiles, irregularities and inconsistencies are to be expected. We recommend most of the textiles and garments be dry cleaned only. We will provide specific care instructions with every purchase.
SHIPPING
We ship within the United States via FedEx or USPS, or internationally, via FedEx international shipping or DHL. Please make your selection at checkout and the shipping charges will be totaled based on location and weight.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would require a signature for your package, please specify during checkout.
RETURNS
We offer returns on any unworn, unwashed item currently in stock within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@tigratigra.com for instructions on how to process your exchange.
After five days of receipt, all sales are final.
We cannot offer returns on any one-of-a-kind piece, special order or sale item. All sales are final.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
TIGRA TIGRA is a continuous body of work that is focused on handicraft textile preservation and innovation.
Founded in 2016 by Bailey Hunter, TIGRA TIGRA explores new paradigms of ancient handicraft, collaborative design process and raw elegance.
TIGRA TIGRA long-standing partners include mashroo weavers in Old Patan, two different dye masters in Bhuj and Ahmedabad and a small group of artists who work from their homes in Ahmedabad and do aari embroidery, hand-embroidery and appliqué. All the artists run their own businesses and set their own prices for the work and are paid directly.
