How does your online returns policy work?
All sales are final after 5 days of receipt. We offer refund or store credit on any unworn merchandise. Shipping fees are not refundable. We charge a 5% restocking fee on all returns.
*We do not offer any credits or refunds on any custom or special order piece.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship internationally to a wide range of countries. You can check our Shipping Information page for the complete list and specific rates.
What should I know about duties, taxes, and border charges?
Duties and taxes are included at checkout for most regions. However, some international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
IS EACH PIECE UNIQUE?
Yes, due to the handmade nature of all of our pieces. Every piece is unique and holds imperfections, color variations and irregularities in stitch and weave. We count these elements as intrinsic to the process and part of their inherent value. We do not accept returns based on this after the return window has expired. We do not accept returns on any custom or special order.
Do you do custom pieces or bridal?
Yes, we work on custom pieces and bridal pieces. We can work with you on creating a custom piece. The piece would be made in our studio in India based on measurements you provide. If the timeline allows, we can cut a muslin copy of the piece before to fit. We always leave seam allowance and suggest leaving time for local alterations or tweaks to the garment prior to the event.
